Despite the gloomy forecast, the one-day delay and the bug infestation, the HAE Potluck Picnic was a success with many families coming out to share good food and friendship.

- HAE PTA
- The HAE PTA is committed to supporting the HAE community of teachers, staff members and families. Most importantly, we wish to promote the abilities of all children to ensure their success. PTA meetings are held each month on the 2nd Monday. Free child care is provided, and all are welcome to attend.
Programs that Help HAE
- Box Tops for Education: Collect Box Tops from many common grocery items and return to HAE.
- Food Lion Classroom Rewards: Register your MVP card; a portion of your total grocery bill will go to HAE. Visit www.foodlion.com and click on Community Outreach, then on MVP Rewards Tab, and then on Register your MVP Card.
- Green School Project—bring in your used ink cartridges & cell phones. HAE will recycle them and earn money.
- My Coke Rewards: Save My Coke Rewards points from specially marked packages of Coke, Dasani, Minute Maid and Powerade products. Send the codes (located inside bottle caps or on the cardboard of 12 packs) to HAE with your child.
- Target REDcard purchases: Target donates up to 1% of your REDcard purchases. Designate HAE at Target.com/tcoe or call 1-800-316-6142.
- TerraCycle Drink Pouch Brigade: Collect empty foil-lined drink pouches and send to HAE with your child.
